Sharon began her study and practice of Reiki with The Reiki School + Clinic (Philadelphia, NJ) in October 2008. In September 2009, she joined the Reiki volunteer program at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania Abramson Cancer Center and is still an active member of the team. She was invited to be on staff at The Reiki School + Clinic in June 2010. As a professional and a volunteer, she has had the cherished opportunity to provide hundreds of sessions to an incredibly wonderful and diverse population. She is overwhelmingly grateful for the opportunities provided to her by the loving, knowledgeable and supportive staff at The Reiki School.

Prior to her life in Reiki, Sharon was certified as a Bikram Yoga instructor in 2005 and was given the wonderful opportunity to learn and teach at home and abroad. Currently, Sharon remains an avid Vinyasa practitioner at her beloved Yogawood, a beautiful and nurturing space where she gets to marry her passions of Yoga and Reiki.
