+ As you enter, you'll see a place to put your shoes - please take shoes off before walking through the studio! This is important. In yoga, you're on your mat and close to the floor. We keep the floors clean.
+Arrive at least 10 minutes early for time to neatly put away your shoes and belongings, check in with the teacher, and set yourself up.
+ Please be mindful of those around you. Some people are sensitive to strong perfumes. Mild scents (or none) can be great when we're close to one another and breathing deeply.
+ Have fun!
Do I have to bring a mat? If you have one, bring it! If not, we do have mats at the studio -- they're free to use, but please return them when class is over. What else should I bring? Besides your mat, please bring a water bottle. We provide all props needed in class - there are plenty of foam blocks, blankets and straps for all students. Your teacher will tell you what to grab before class. Can I just show up for a class without signing up? You can, but it's definitely preferred that you sign up and pay in advance through our Mindbody site or the Mindbody Connect app. This way, your teacher can pay more attention to getting you set up for class that taking payments from everyone. Can I come to class if I'm injured? If you're working with any injury or out-of-the-ordinary condition, you need to be cleared by a doctor prior to practicing. If you're cleared, tell your teacher so they can offer you modifications and help keep you safe! How old do I have to be to come to a class? Unless otherwise specified (like Family or Kids classes), our classes are typically for those 15 and older. Do you have showers? Currently, we have two bathrooms which are great for changing and freshening up in, but we do not have showers. We're moving to a new location this Fall and there will be showers, bathrooms and changing rooms there! Where can I park if I drive to class? There is parking on the street, on side streets and one block away at the Patco station.
