Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Using Sun Salutations as the framework, these classes connect each posture with breath. The result is an active, moving meditation that improves strength, balance, and coordination.
Yin Yoga
Challenge yourself in a totally different way. Long-held, seated postures allow joints, ligaments, and deep soft tissues to open, increasing flexibility and mobility. Appropriate for beginners.
Prenatal and Baby and Me Classes
Prenatal Yoga can provide support and build strength and coping skills in expectant mothers. Baby and Me classes allow parents and their not-yet crawling babies to bond, stretch, and move with each other.
Gentle Yoga
These classes are perfect for beginners! They're slower-paced and will leave you feeling grounded and tranquil.
Vinyasa 101
Perfect for brand new beginners, people new to vinyasa, or anyone who loves to focus on safe, precise alignment. Learn to flow from pose to pose and to move with breath, building confidence, strength, and stamina.
Yoga/Pilates and Core Strengthening Yoga
When you strengthen the core muscles in the body, you improve stability and balance. You feel a sense of buoyancy and lightness. You'll know you've taken these classes, and you'll be glad you did!
Kid's Yoga

Yoga is a non-competitive, energetic and fun way for children to improve coordination, strength and flexibility. Yoga for kids can provide many benefits such as aiding in focusing attention, reducing stress and promoting self-confidence and self-esteem. Classes are age-appropriate and pre-registration is required.

We also provide classes for kids with autism spectrum conditions, either with or without their guardians.

Meditation
Sit in stillness; give yourself time to not think. Perfect for experienced practitioners and people new to the idea of mediation, we'll provide instruction as needed.
