Yogawood Beginners' Series

New to yoga? Been a long time since you've unrolled your mat? Not sure if you're ready to take classes with people who have been doing this for years? The Yogawood Beginners' Series will teach you everything you need to learn in order to feel confident taking any class on the Yogawood schedule.

  • Build strength, balance, and flexibility
  • Get step-by-step, personalized instruction on the poses you'll see in other classes at Yogawood
  • Learn the basic principles that underlie the physical practice of yoga

The Yogawood Beginners' Series will meet for 6 consecutive Sundays, February 25–April 1, 2007, from 5:45 P.M. – 7:15 P.M. This course is offered by pre-registration only and is limited to 15 people. The contribution for this series is $85 (unfortunately, it won't be possible to make up any sessions if you miss them).
